The contract is governed by German law including BGB § 675 and § 535. With your booking request you are making a binding offer. This can be done in writing, orally or by telephone.

Upon our receipt of the contract signed by you and your deposit the contract is also binding for us.

The balance of the rental price, exclusive of any previously made deposit, is to be paid in full at least 10 days before the start of the rental period, and in any case before the commencement of the rental period.

In apartments with a mezzanine floor particular care must be taken with regard to children and people with disabilities. Please note that access to the mezzanine floor must be via the stairs and under no circumstances by climbing the handrails or guardrails.

When using the sauna or the fire place, the instructions to be found in the rooms are to be followed carefully.

Special care must be taken when operating the fire place. The necessary wood can be purchased from reception. When operating the fire place only this aforementioned wood may be used. The duty of care for babies and small children has to be adhered to at all times. Any damages and the consequences of handling mistakes or improper behaviour are the responsibility of the renter.

In the apartment we provide you with internet access free of charge for the duration of your stay. Please note that the landlord solely provides the technical means to use the internet. By connecting of appropriate electronic devices you assume sole responsibility for use, especially the adherence to child and youth laws as well as national and international copyright laws.

The landlord is only liable for his own deliberate or grossly negligent behaviour.

With the booking a deposit of the specified amount must be paid within 7 days.

You can cancel your trip at any time before the commencement of the rental.

Relevant for the cancellation fees is the date of receipt of the written cancellation letter by us. In case of cancellation the deposit (15% of the total price, a minimum of €30) will not be refunded.

The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 30 days before your stay 15%
Up to 21 days before your stay 50%
Up to 8 days before your stay 60%
Up to 1 day before your stay 75%
On the day of commencement 85% of the total fee.

We recommend the purchase of suitable travel insurance for your protection.

In case of any deficiencies the guest must contact the host directly. A prerequisite for any potential claim is that the complaint is brought forward as soon as it is detected and it is documented immediately.
