The apartments are right on the
Baltic Sea, in the old part of Sassnitz, which has been restored
in the style typical of bathing resorts in the 1920s and 30s. It
is situated close to the famous pier, and to the harbour –
and you can stay here year-round!
Restoration will be finished at the beginning of 2007. The building is a restored Gründerzeit building, with spacious holiday apartments (41 to 146 square metres) for peace and quiet, and complete relaxation. All of our facilities are non-smoking. Most of our apartments have direct sea views, and provide room for two to six guests. A restaurant is located on the ground floor. Our house is also available for hosting your family parties, weddings and similar functions. |
